I got a Mobile bill which is more than Credit Limit, What can we do?
I don’t know if this is the right forum for my concern but recently my husband and I had opted for an international roaming pack for Maldives and we got a huge shock when we saw our bill.Rs 50830 for a 65mb data usage. We had our credit limit set at rds 14800 but we got no warning or update about exceeding our limit. When we called the customer care and tried to register a complaint they refused to follow one. We wrote to the nodal officer too but no help there. There has been constant back and forth of emails, messages but not a valid response for our query. They later mailed saying there is no roaming pack available for Maldives but they sold one on their app. They did not barr the services when it exceeded credit limit as regulated by TRAI. We are willing to pay our credit limit but they are refusing to budge. What can we do ?
