There isn’t a person alive who doesn’t want to be in great shape. To own the body of a god, to be admired by all. And sure, once New Year’s rolls around, well after we’ve lost any semblance of a ‘beach bod’, we buy yet another gym membership, making yet another resolution to get and stay in shape. And like most, we fall of the wagon a month later, if even. So what happens? Just one thing – we lose the motivation. We go to the gym, see these people in killer shape, and come to the conclusion it’s just too far out of reach. We look at them as if they’re all born that way. But the truth of the matter is they’re not. In fact, many of the gym’s buff’est an toughest used to be fat and out of shape too. And that’s what’s missing when you look at them and think you can never achieve what they’ve got. That’s why for that lack of motivation we all suffer, we’re bringing you some of the most incredible fitness transformations ever. Just check out these insane ‘Before and Afters’ and see for yourself, what’s possible if you just stick to the plan and put in the hard work.

If this story doesn’t inspire you, nothing will. Peter Ajello here, back in 2008 weighed over 400 pounds! He had diabetes, insanely high cholesterol, and was at serious risk for heart disease. His pants size was a 56, he wore 5XL shirts, and he found it almost impossible to make it up a flight of stairs. This was rock bottom for Peter, so he took it upon himself to change his life. He started to walk around the block every day. After a while of doing this, in addition to giving up his favorite things to eat and drink (like pizza a beer), Peter lost 100 pounds. But the ball really got rolling for him when his friends issued a challenge where they wrote out two post-dated cheques (one for $5,000 and another for $10,000) if he lost another 100 pounds. It wasn’t long before Peter lost an incredible 230 pounds! And here’s the proof.
